LiDAR - LiDAR is an acronym that stands for "light detection and ranging". Lidar is a radar system which consists of laser emitting device, telescope collection device and signal analyzing device. As one of the active remote sensing technologies, lidar has been applied in many areas such as terrestrial vegetation monitoring, atmospheric laser transmission, global climate prediction and monitoring of the marine environment. With the development of laser technology and optical monitoring technology, the lidar achieve high accuracy, high spatial resolution remote sensing probe by foundation, car, airborne and spaceborne.
